Made of heavy cast aluminum to heat evenly and hold heat effectively, this big grill/griddle has one grooved side for searing tasty marks into steaks, burgers, ribs, seafood, and vegetables, and one flat side for cooking pancakes, eggs, and hash browns. Both sides are coated with durable nonstick for easy food release and effortless cleanup. The grill/griddle measures 19-1/2 by 11 inches and spans two burners--perfect for family-size meals. The grill/griddle has handles on two corners with holes to facilitate hanging on a hook or peg, and each side has a well to hold draining grease.
